Who is directly involved in the process?

  • Trade Marketing:  in charge of managing Proposals, Products, Promos, Trade actions and Collaterals
  • Key Account Manager:  in charge of negotiating Assortments and Promos with Retailers
  • Sales Rep: must push Promos and carries out the Field actions and the Audit in the Point of Sales, collecting informations that will be analyzed by the Trade Marketing and the Key Account Manager.
