360° Customer View
GLS Mobile provides the field Sales Rep a 360° view of the customer that includes:
- Customer data
- Contacts
- Visit history
- Planned visits
- Order history
- Audit history
- Any other relevant information (outstanding invoices, etc.)
The Sales Rep can drill the related lists to go down to the record details.
